Please complete the steps outlined below to access Agent Portal:
- 1. Log into your Agent Back Office by visiting backoffice.unitedfirstfinancial.com or by going
to www.unitedfirstfinancial.com
,clicking on any of the modules, then clicking on Agent
Backoffice under Resources and Tools.
- 2. Select the Profile tab > My Details then click
the Agent Portal Setup tab.
- 3. Enter your e-mail address and click Save. (Please note: this e-mail will become
your primary e-mail address.)
- 4. Please allow up to 24 hours for your authentication to be complete before you
contact Agent Support.
- 5. Return to this page to access the new Udeduct Analysis, newly designed Money
Merge Account® analysis and Online Activation which includes
Phase 2 of Credit Card activation.
- 6. Enter your e-mail address and current agent password to log in.
